How do retailers purchase from you direct?
We welcome all inquires from Retailers!

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and e-checks through Paypal. Our shopping cart will automatically take you there through a secure site. If you are not already set up with Paypal, it is fast ,easy and free to use.
What are your shipping charges in the Continental USA?
For US customers there is a FLAT SHIPPING RATE OF: $10.00 for all orders. We ship UPS GROUND. All orders are normally shipped within 48 hours. If you need additonal assistance, kindly contact us.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST USE THE INERNATIONAL ORDER PAGE.
How much is shipping outside the USA?
We have a special INTERNATIONAL ORDERING PAGE for our International customers. We have included shipping in the cost of each item. Shipping outside the Continental USA is very costly and we will adjust the prices if shipping rates improve. We ship USPS. There is a $10.00 handling fee on all International orders.
I have an APO/FPO mailing address, do you ship to the military?
We support our troops ALWAYS! If you are stationed at an address with a APO/FPO shipping address we will ship out USPS. If you use the following password: (supportme) in your APO/FPO shipping address we will ship out some extras with your order. If you send us back a picture with you using our products "In the field" We will post it and your following order will be discounted 35%!
What are the dimensions of the DOUBLE-WIDE TRAY?
THE DOUBLE-WIDE TRAY WILL ONLY FIT IN THE MOTOR POOL AND DIVISION CASES ONLY! THIS TRAY MEASURES 13" x 15" AND IS 4 INCHES THICK. Cubes are 1" squares.
How do I configure the trays to fit my models?
This is a mini-tutorial for those of you that have not yet used our products. Our Figure Foam trays are the perfect solution for storing your miniatures safely. When you decide to travel, just place the trays in your Sabol Designs Figure case and you are ready to go. All trays fit in all cases. Simple. Here are some tips:
(1) The perforated foam can easly be "plucked" to fit your miatures with a custom fit. 
(2 ) Customizing the foam is very easy . Simply judge the height of your miniature ( as shown) and chose the appropriate thickness for your model.
(3) After step (2), pluck our the perforated foam cubes ( one at a time) You now have an exact fit for your miniature!
At Sabol Designs, we understand that all miniatures are created equal, so this is a perfect solution for all of your miniatures. Below are just some more examples for you to see:
How large are your trays?
Our Figure Foam Trays measure 7.5 inches X 13 inches. Please remember that the thickness of each tray has an additional 1/4 base that is part of the tray.
What are the dimensions and size of the cubes in your foam trays?
FIGURE FOAM trays are 7.5 inches x 13 inches and each cube is a 1/2 by the depth of the tray. Always remember the tray has a 1/4 inch bottom layer... add this to each tray as you measure the capacity in one of our cases. IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE DOUBLE-WIDE TRAY WILL ONLY FIT IN THE MOTOR POOL AND DIVISION CASES ONLY! THIS TRAY MEASURES 13" x 15" AND IS 4 INCHES THICK. Cubes are 1" squares.
How do I choose which FIGURE FOAM tray for my miniatures?
Determine the way you plan to position your miniature in the tray (standing or lying flat), then measure the height of the model and order a tray that will fit it.
What else can I do with a "Paint" tray?
In addition to storing paint bottles you can use "Paint" trays to store standard 28mm infantry models. You can put 28x models standing in one "Paint" tray!
This example is 28 Hormagaunts in a paint tray with a "top" using a 1 inch tray. Be creative!
I have a very large model can I use your trays to store it?
Yes, for large models we recommend using two trays and "sandwich" the model between them. Determine the way you plan to position your miniature in the tray (standing or lying flat) Then, measure the height of the model and order the trays that will fit it. Place the model in the first tray. (usually a 4" tray) Then use the second tray for the "top".
This is an example of 3 Tyranid Monsters using two 4 inch trays (as shown in the case) and the 1 inch and 2 inch trays are used to "sandwich" the models.
I was looking for a custom sized tray, can you make it for me?
No, It will be cost prohibitive to make special trays. If you have a special circumstance that you are puzzled about let us know.
I play Warhammer Fantasy and there are a lot of models in my army.How do you recommend storing these large units?
This is a perfect solution for large blocks of troop models standing on the movement tray. Measure the height of the tallest model and use the tray that will accommodate it. Simply "pluck" a "block" of foam the size of the movement tray and then insert your movement tray.
Can you make custom scenery?
Yes, we sure can! If you have comments, questions, or suggestions in regard to a special scenery project please feel free to contact us. We will be willing to quote you on a custom scenery project... be it a complete table of scenery, a specfic terrain piece... or a display board for home use and tournament play.
What do you make your scenery out of?
We use a huge variety of quality materials including: wood, converted toys, model parts and anything not nailed down! We do NOT use pink insulation foam, packing materials or toilet paper rolls. Our models are built for display and play. We use an irregular cut beveled masonite or PVC base on all scenery models that are not designed for square basing. When it is possible ,all scenery will be designed for maximum play on your gaming table . This means, that the average miniature that will be played with will have "access" to move around or in the scenery. Our scenery is designed to be sturdy enough for casual use and light abuse.
How much does your custom scenery cost?
This is a very difficult question. We prefer to make scenery to the detail and high standard that you see on our Gallery page. This calibre of work is very time consuming and will be an investment. For ADEPTICON 2007 we had clients spending about $150.00 a square foot or more depending on the complexity of the model.
I like brand "X" buildings and scenery could you use them in a custom project?
If you have a simple idea using ready made materials available such as another companies' resin or model kits, we can purchase the sets through our wholesale sources and build your custom project using the parts. We rarely make anything "straight from the box" There will always be conversion work and extras!
How long will it take to get a custom project done?
If we have the time available... we can build and finish a small project such as a building in a week or two. For large projects a month or more may be needed.
Can I ask my favorite store or club to contract you for a custom project?
Yes, We will gladly work with the store or your club to make scenery for gaming use. You may even collect donations from regular players to set up a scenery fund.
